The UP COLLEGE OF DENTISTRY COMPREHENSIVE RESTORATIVE AND ESTHETIC DENTISTRY COURSE IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICANTS FOR THE 2018 COURSE OFFERING.

To maintain the highest standards of continuing education, we will be accepting a maximum of 30 participants. Successful applicants will be notified thru e-mail by September 30, 2018.
There are 12 whole day sessions for this course. The final schedule for CRED 2018 is:

Registration fee: PhP60,000.00 inclusive of 6 nights hotel accommodation, full board meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks for the first 6 sessions; breakfast, lunch and PM snacks for sessions 7 to 11 with graduation ceremony and dinner included on Session 12), workshop materials, kits, burs, handouts and interactive online teaching modules.
With CPD points. UPCD is an accredited CPE Provider.
Staggered or installment payment scheme is acceptable.

About the course:1. There will be 12 sessions. The graduation will be held in the evening of the 12th session.2. The course format will include actual clinical cases, with case discussions and presentations. No clinical case, no case discussion, no Certificate of Completion.3. The first 6 sessions will be held 6 straight days, from 8 AM to 6 PM, and are live-in sessions. The registration fee includes full board meals and hotel accommodations (triple sharing). Should the participant choose not to avail of the accommodation, only a very, very minimal fee will be deducted (based on hotel computation). We recommend participants to avail of the accommodations considering the traffic, the travel time and the intensive nature of the course. The first 6 sessions will consist of lectures and laboratory exercises. The next 6 sessions will be spread out over 2-3 months and mostly clinical work on actual patients. Patients should be treated at the UP College of Dentistry and well-documented following the guidelines to be taught in the course.4. Application to the course is thru online application. The application form is found in this website. We will only entertain online applications. Please make sure that you have filled up all fields in the application form. Incomplete forms will not be processed.5. Slots are limited. We will accept only 25 participants (maximum of 30 if deemed necessary) to ensure individualized instruction especially in the hands-on. Acceptance is NOT on a first come first served basis but will depend on the submitted application form.6. A confirmation e mail will be sent to the applicant upon receipt of her application form.7. Successful applicants will be notified thru email on Sept. 30. The email also contains detailed instructions on how to register for the course.8. Successful applicants need to attend an ORIENTATION SESSION to be scheduled before classes start.
